Who are LDP and Omniagro?

Liofilizadora del Pacífico (LDP) and Omniagro together form the Liopac group. Both companies are located in Peru and have separate production facilities. LDP is located in Callao near Lima on the edge of the Pacific Ocean and enjoys a very stable, sub-tropical climate with temperatures between 12 and 25°C. Omniagro is located in Arequipa, the second largest city in Peru after Lima. The production facility is located in the Andes at 2,335m and uses the resulting advantages for the cultivation of herbs, vegetables and fruits..

What do LDP and Omniagro produce?

Both companies manufacture air-dried and freeze-dried herbs, vegetables and fruits. They work in collaboration with local farmers with whom they have contracts. Their geographical location is ideal for production from fresh raw materials all year-round.

Our collaboration

LDP / Omniagro and Freeze-Dry Foods have formed an alliance that establishes co-operation between the companies. This is the newest such partnership in the FDF group of alliance partners. LDP and Omniagro manufacture high-quality freeze-dried herbs, vegetables and fruits, and FDF sells these products exclusively to its customers in the food industry. The alliance between the companies ensures raw material diversity and availability for Freeze-Dry Foods and in return LDP / Omniagro benefits from  the worldwide sales network of FDF.
