Organic Certification
Freeze-Dry Foods GmbH has held organic certification since 1999 and offers a variety of products from controlled organic cultivation. Regular monitoring is conducted through official inspection organisations.
Checks are carried out at least once per year and include reviews of the following areas:
• Production
• The purchase and sale of equipment and products (goods flow control)
• Storage and preparation of processed products.
This ensures that the EU Organic Regulations are strictly followed and that the principles of organic farming, as well as special processing and labelling requirements, are met.

IFS-Certification (International Food Standard)
2004 Freeze-Dry Foods GmbH receives its IFS certification (higher level). With this certification, the company has proof of its high quality standards. In January 2010 the certification audit according to IFS Version 5 is passed at the higher level.
With the standards of the IFS-certification, it is possible for the company to trace back every single step, every single ingredient and every single product at any time.

Kosher Certification
Since 2004 Freeze-Dry Foods GmbH has been certified kosher. This certificate ensures, among other things, that our products are 100% free of animal supplements. We hereby offer you the highest possible product quality.
